Rabat- Following the catastrophic floods that have stricken the Republic of Sudan, mainly the Khartoum region, HM King Mohammed VI ordered to send humanitarian aid for the disaster-hit populations.
The aid, worth 5 million dirhams, is provided by the Moroccan agency for international cooperation and the royal armed forces (FAR), a statement from the royal office said.
The aid, to be airlifted by the FAR, is made up of consignments of medicines, tents, foodstuff, water bottles, power-driven pumps and electric generators.
