Saudi Arabia Supports Morocco's Decision to Act to Restore Freedom of Civil and Commercial Movement in Guergarate

Riyadh - The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Saturday expressed its support for the measures taken by the Kingdom of Morocco to restore freedom of civil and commercial movement in the Guergarate buffer zone in the Moroccan Sahara.

The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed in a statement its "condemnation of any act that undermines traffic in this vital passage between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Islamic Republic of Mauritania".

The Saudi ministry called for restraint and avoiding escalation
